孫仁隆校友（右）向同學分析馬華特大過後可能出現的局面和影響。登嘉樓的孫仁隆（孫綸隆）校友到吉隆坡與老同學相聚，我送他幾本中馬和南馬中化校友會會訊，以促進中化老校友之間的聯繫，並希望促進校友與母校的關係。
17位師生聚首一堂，把茶言歡，其樂融融。人生難得有這樣的相聚，也不知今後還有多少次這樣的相聚機會。
20多年來，孫仁隆獻身馬華政治，是馬華登嘉樓州的執行秘書。他的兒子陪同父親出席老同學的餐會。他也步父親的後塵，投身政治，目前是馬華總秘書兼上議院院長王茀明的機要秘書。
以下是雷大慶同學對這次同學相聚所作的報導。
The presence of another guest at the lunch, Soon Ren Long, from Kuala Trengganu, made our gathering more precious. Remember him? He is the younger brother of Soon Ren Fong, another member of Class '61 who has now settled down in Johore Bharu. Ren Long was one year our junior at CHHS.
Ren Long is now the State scretary of Trengganu mCA, he had come all the way to attend the MCA's emergency general assembly the day before which produced some upsets.
He also brought along his distinguished son, who is the confidential secretary to the Speaker of Upper House, Senate, YB Wong Fook Ming（王茀明）.
Fresh from the highly controversial MCA assembly, Ren Long was busy answering questions from around the table.
I was seated at the other table and when I was asked to move over to make room for Mr.Cheng so he could chat with more the conversation at Ren Long's table was still over MCA and politics.
I think Ren Long answered all the questions as honestly as possible, he did not treat us like strangers or laymen,but rather like old friends.
At the other table, I could hear old teacher Mr.Cheng 曾鳳相老師 was also busy and happily giving tips on his health to the many wide-eyeed listeners around him..
What a reunion after nearly 50 years, we were not like stangers, but old friends who never parted!
